Propolis is a complex made by bees from their secretions and a series of resinous substances, gummy and balsamic with viscous consistency, collected from parts of plants (conifers, birches, oaks, poplars ...).
Take 4 to 5 lozenged per day. Suck, do not chew. Can be used from the age of 6.
