Follow operating instructions.
Do not apply for more than 20 minutes per use, with 20-minute breaks between applications.
Do not use while sleeping.
Do not use on unhealthy, damaged or lesioned skin, or use hot on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours, or on areas of the body where the skin is insensitive to hot or cold or other forms of heat or cold.
Do not use on people unable to remove the product, including children, infants and the elderly, or on people unable to follow all instructions for use.
Not machine-washable.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and leave to dry. Put the pouch in a plastic bag and store in the freezer between uses to extend its life.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
