The oil-enriched Igora Royal Developer guarantees optimal color retention for an intense and long-lasting result.
It mixes with Igora Royal hair color shades for a uniform result that is easy to apply to the hair.
Ideal for:
- Lifting 3 to 4 levels with the Highlift series
- Lifting 4 to 5 levels with the Ultra Blonde series
Specifically developed to be used with Igora permanent hair colors.
