Shake before use<br />From 3 to 5 years: 5 ml (1/4 measuring cup) morning and noon after meals, i.e. 10 ml per day<br />After 5 years 10 ml (1/2 measuring cup) morning and noon after meals, i.e. 20 ml per day<br />Do not exceed the indicated daily dose<br />This product is also suitable for adults over 15 years<br />In a program of 1 to 2 months<br />To be repeated several times a year if necessary
