Take 2 gastro-resistant capsules per day with a large glass of water, at the most convenient time, including during a meal.
Each pill dispenser corresponds to a 30-day program.
A one-month cure is ideal for optimal results. A break of a few weeks then allows you to assess the duration of the benefits, before resuming as needed.
Initial cure: 1 month, or 3 months in case of taking antibiotics (during and after treatment).
Maintenance: 2 capsules, 3 times a week.
