For a cooling effect, place the inner bag in a clean, sealed plastic bag, then place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
Reinsert into the neck wrap cover and ensure it is securely closed.

After use, store in a clean and dry environment.
Cleaning the neck wrap: hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
Occasionally, place a glass of water in your microwave next to your hot water bottle to keep the clay beads hydrated.
