Thanks to its improved formula with hyaluronic acid, shea butter and enriched with a nourishing serum, this body lotion offers up to 72 hours of hydration, while leaving the skin soft and supple.
The nourishing serum strengthens the skin barrier for protection against moisture loss.

Directions for use

Bring back the old product
For 25 years I have used Nivea for dry skin. Every once in a while I tried another product but they all left my skin feeling tighter and not as smooth. Now they've changed the formula this one is doing exactly the same. Devastated!

Bring Back Old Formula
I am so disappointed by this new formula and bottle. For years this was the only lotion I would use. The new scent is different and much too strong. The new texture is lighter and less creamy and leaves me hands feeling greasy/wet. One of my favorite things about the previous formula was it absorbed quickly and my hands weren’t left with that greasy feel. The new bottle has a smaller pump top which is less comfortable, and the opening isn’t as slanted as previously so the lotion squirts forward instead of down.

New formula caused allergic reaction
I have been using this body lotion for about 20 years. A few days ago I started a new bottle, which had the '72h moisture' sticker, and experienced a bad allergic reaction. A similar thing happened to me earlier this year with another updated nivea product, so I managed to identify the source of the allergic response quickly. These incidents have destroyed my trust in nivea completely, will be avoiding the products in the future - after it being my go-to-brand for over 20 years.

Bring back the old formula
This has been my favourite body lotion for as long as it has been on the market but why did you change the formula? The old version sink in really well and moisturised perfectly. This one leaves a thick white cast. Such a shame.

Bring back the old formula
I've used this for over 10 years and unfortunately since it's changed I won't be buying again, my skin isn't soft at all now and it doesn't sink in and leaves white all over, why change something that worked perfectly well

New formula is terrible
I’ve used this product for years as my everyday boby lotion and I’m very disappointed with the “new improved formula “. It’s sticky and doesn’t sink into the skin quickly like the old formula. It also doesn’t moisturise my skin well as I’m getting dry patches appearing. Very disappointed and won’t be buying it anymore.

Brilliant product
I used to use Nivea express hydration for a very long time but the new formula is tacky so as I like Nivea I tried this the smooth body lotion and I have to say I am very happy with it it absorbs very quickly and smells lovely quite light not overpowering as I'm not keen on too much fragrance. Leaves skin soft and smooth I shall continue to buy this from now on. Thank you Nivea

Nivea Shea butter body lotion
I’m so gutted, this was my favourite body moisturiser ever. Used by my whole family. But not anymore. Why has the perfect formula been changed to a sticky one, which sits on the skin and doesn’t sink in? Skin doesn’t feel moisturised, smell has changed and the new cheap plastic white on the bottle reflects the cheap changes. Won’t be buying again.
