Description

Nivea Soft Moisturizing Cream 50 ml is designed to deeply moisturize and soften skin on face, body and hands for up to 48 hours.

Enriched with Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E, its formula penetrates quickly to leave skin feeling fresh, soft, supple and satin-smooth.
It intensely moisturizes the skin while protecting it with its antioxidant properties.
Its practical tube format is ideal for taking with you and using on any occasion.
Its light, non-greasy texture makes it a comfortable product to use every day.

Directions for use

Apply to clean, dry skin, massaging in with circular movements.
Reapply if necessary.

Do not store above 25°C.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Awful New Formula I have used Nivea Soft for years and swore by it but as soon as I opened the latest pot I could see and feel how much thinner it was. My skin now starts to feel dry again within an hour of using it. Don't know what I'm going to do now - need to find another product that actually moisturises. Or PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fake Reviews Nivea clearly spent a lot of money in May 2025 to provide free samples in return for free 5 star reviews. If you remove these the product gets 1 star. Nivea is claiming they changed the product to be more sustainable and I’ve requested evidence to back this up (The US review site is even more explicit in the claims that need to be evidenced) The new formula is awful, it burns the skin, customers hate it, a big brand is trying to pull the wool over consumer eyes. We want the old formula back. Simple!

Unfortunately this is no longer the case the product dries skin rather than moisturise. It does more harm than good. PLEASE CHANGE BACK NOW! It will save you profits in the longer term. Products should be user centred this is NOT one. #whychangewhatwasnotbroken #whoaskedforthis

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not moisturising at all! My mum has been using Nivea on me since I was a child I’m 24 and have never changed until now. Hate the new formula not good for sensitive skin at all whatsoever!! Gel like texture completely strips away the moisture from the cream and does not absorb well. It’s been hard trying to find a new moisturiser.

I have enjoyed using Nivea Soft for many years, but now have to look elsewhere. I can only hope that you listen to all the complaints and bring back the old formula. I suspect you will lose more long term customers than the woke vegan people you are clearly aiming for. Look at the supermarket reviews, they are saying the same thing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Feels more watery I am so disappointed the product has been changed. I have been using this cream for years. Absolutely love it, but the consistency has changed. It feels like it has been watered down and it isn’t as thick as it was before. It feels like a cheap cream. It doesn’t smell as strongly as it used to either, which is a shame. Could there not be a vegan one for those who want it and one with the original formula, please 🙏🏻

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the old formula I've been using this cream for several years and just finished my old tub. Opened the new one and what a shock. It's thin, non moisturising and slightly sticky. It doesn't do the job at all on my dry skin. Such a shame as I won't be buying again.
