This warming self-massage gesture relieves localized areas (nape of the neck, shoulder, knee, calf...) and provides a relaxing massage ideal for sports activities.
Its innovative formula, based on a complex of 14 essential oils and 2 plant extracts (arnica and harpagophytum), helps facilitate relaxation and provides an immediate, intense, and long-lasting warming sensation for up to 2 hours (the heat sensation may be perceived differently depending on the individual).

Puressentiel Articulations & Muscles Heating Patches with 14 Essential Oils 2 Patches help relieve muscle and lumbar tension, relax, soothe and particularly relieve the back thanks to its shape specially developed for the lumbar area. Cosmetic products derived from aromatherapy formulated with 100% natural origin active ingredients, combining 14 essential oils (Cajeput, Roman Chamomile, Clove, Eucalyptus, Wintergreen, Juniper, Lavandin, Marjoram, Peppermint, Niaouli, Nutmeg, Pine, Rosemary, Turpentine) and Capsicum, they provide a pleasant warming sensation for up to 8 hours, promoting muscle relaxation. They are odorless with flexible and discreet adhesives that adapt to all movements without peeling off.
- As a rub: pour into the palm of the hand and apply once a day to the affected areas.
- As a compress soaked with friction: apply once a day to the affected areas.

Shake well before use, then apply only to the targeted joint or muscle area.
Adjust the amount of product applied to the desired intensity of the heating effect, respecting a maximum of 1 application per day, i.e. 1.2 g per day = 20 rotations of the roller.
The roller's massaging ball is ideal for self-massage of localized areas. Complete with a manual massage if necessary; in this case, massage the product well into the skin and wash hands after use.

Apply to healthy, dry, and non-greasy skin.
- Start by sticking the patch in the middle of the lumbar area: remove the left wing starting from the center, from top to bottom. Adhere the patch to the skin as the protective wing is removed.
- Proceed in the same way for the right wing.
Do not remove the protective wing all at once, as the patch may stick to itself.
In case of application on a highly hairy area, the patch can be removed more easily under the shower stream (do not use water that is too hot).
Not recommended for children under 15 years old, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and people with convulsive or epileptic disorders.
In case of medical treatment, seek advice from a specialist.
Do not use in case of allergy to salicylates or any of the ingredients.
Do not apply to sensitive skin, the face, wounds, mucous membranes, or irritated skin, especially after waxing or shaving.
Avoid applying to body areas that risk being compressed (tight clothing, inner fold of the elbow, knee...).
