This balm is ideal for athletes, before and after exercise and any daily activity. It helps to relax and soothe sensitive areas.
It has been formulated to help quickly relieve joint pain, relax and soothe muscle contractures. The relaxing, anti-stiffness and anti-swelling properties of its 14 essential oils, combined with massage, guarantee immediate relief and a long-lasting soothing effect.

Shake the roller well then apply it to sore joints or muscles (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet...), 3 times a day.
It is possible to use more product and complete with a manual massage. In this case, wash hands after use.
