Description
Oxydant Cream 3% RefectoCil.
Mix for at least 2 minutes until a creamy paste is obtained.
If the texture is not creamy enough, add a few drops of Oxydant Crème.
Apply to eyebrows.
STEP 3: Application time
Leave on for 5-20 minutes, depending on desired lightening.
5 minutes: one shade lighter.
12 minutes: two shades lighter.
20 minutes: three shades lighter.
STEP 4: Ready!
Remove bleaching paste with Micellar Cleanser.
