Active ingredients:

Directions for use:
Use 3 to 4 times a week before bedtime, using the brush for easy application.
Leave on as an overnight treatment.

Tip: don't use Care Balm within 24 hours of eyelash and eyebrow tinting, as its high fat content may affect the tinting result.
