Use after swimming or exposure to salt, chlorine, sand and sunscreen.
Hair: Rub shampoo into wet hair to work into a lather. Massage into scalp, then rinse.
Body: Work into a lather in your hands and apply to damp skin, then rinse.
Storage: Hang shampoo up to dry in a dry place after each use.
