Take 2 tablets a day with a meal and a large glass of water (20 cl).
This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Contains caffeine (4 mg) and EGCG (3 mg) per 2 tablets.
Not to be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by children under 18.

Not recommended in cases of anticoagulant therapy, edematous heart or kidney failure, gastro-duodenal ulcer, cardiac disorders, hyperthyroidism, biliary obstruction, liver failure, achlorhydria, allergy to other plants in the Apiaceae family (fennel, celery, anise, coriander, birch pollen or wormwood), allergy to salicylates and intolerance to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
