Santarome Somnifor 60 Tablets is a dietary supplement that helps you enjoy peaceful, restful nights without any dependency.
Enriched with Melatonin, it helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and attenuates the effects of jet lag.
Thanks to its PGA complex, made up of plants such as Passionflower, Valerian, California Poppy and Linden, it promotes complete sleep.
It also contains a trio of buds and lavender essential oil to reduce stress.
A high dose of Melatonin helps regulate the sleep cycle, while lavender essential oil has a relaxing effect.

Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime with a large glass of water (20 cl).
In the event of jet lag: 1 tablet just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.
This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
