Before use, ensure that the product fits well in the shoe; if necessary, remove the existing insole.
Remove the heel sticker, discard it, and stick the insole by placing the heel with the sticky part at the back of the shoe.
Please replace the insoles after 12 months of use. In case of serious incidents, please contact the manufacturer and a competent authority.
