Description
SkinCeuticals Silymarin CF 30ml is an antioxidant serum specially formulated for the oily skins or with imperfections.
It prevents the appearances of imperfections, refines the skin texture and tightens the pores, smooths the wrinkles and fine lines.
Its formula contains:
- 15% pure vitamin C, prevents oxidative stress.
- ferulic acid, optimizes the antioxidant action.
- silymarin, reduces the oxidation of sebum and prevents the appearance of imperfections.
- salicylic acid, reduces blemishes and the appearance of large pores.
Made in France.
Directions for use
In the morning, on clean skin, place 4 to 5 drops in the palm of the hand.
Apply with fingertips all over the face, neck and décolleté.
The vial may be under pressure, open with caution.
Avoid direct contact with eyes.
In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clear water.
If irritation appears, space applications until the skin gets used to it.
External use.
Store in a cool, dark place.
Indication: Face serum, oily skins or with imperfections.

Not Quite the Antioxidant Boost I Expected

While the Silymarin CF Vitamin C Antioxidant Serum has some great ingredients like Vitamin C and Silymarin, it didn’t quite work for my skin. Despite claims of reducing oil and fine lines, I didn’t notice much of a change in oil control or skin texture. The serum also felt a bit too thin and didn’t deliver the glow I was expecting. It absorbs well but didn't leave a significant impact.

Antioxidant Serum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great antioxidant serum. I love that it contains Silymarin, vitamin c and Ferulic acid. So rather than having to use several serums I can just use one. I like to use the serum in the morning and then apply spf as I feel like I'm protecting my skin from any free radicals.

As someone with blemish-prone skin, I was looking for a serum that could help control oil while also providing protection from environmental stressors, and this product has delivered on both fronts.
The texture of the serum is lightweight and watery, and it absorbs quickly into my skin without leaving any greasy or sticky residue. This is a huge plus for my oily skin. It feels refreshing when applied, and I love how it doesn’t leave a film on my face. It layers well with my other products, which is essential for me.
One of the things I really like about this serum is the combination of key ingredients. Silymarin helps reduce excess oil, and I’ve definitely noticed that my skin feels less greasy throughout the day. It’s also a great antioxidant, so I feel like it’s protecting my skin from environmental damage. The Vitamin C has brightened up my complexion, and my skin looks more even. Disappointment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not recommend this product if you have an oily/blemish skin. The consistency is watery, as a result it gives a sticky effect on your skin not the pleasant feeling and the smell isn't nice too. Almost used the whole bottle, cant see much difference - still imperfections.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a huge believer in the ability of vitamin C to brighten my skin however I wasn’t expecting to be amazed by the addition of Salicylic Acid and Silymarin, I suffer from painful hormonal acne on my chin every month however since I added this serum I noticed great improvement on this area of my skin older acne marks are fading away acne spots are healing faster than normal, once I finished my little sample size I purchased Silymarin serum the next day.

Nice serum

Nice consistency
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely serum with a nice consistency! It is nongreasy and non sticky! It almost immediately sinks into the skin and I started to notice clearer skin around day 8! I do have a significant pigmentation from years of not using Sunscreen and this has started to fade out the dark spots! I will be purchasing a full size, fingers crossed this serum can keep the momentum going

Great serum.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sylimarin CF is a great antioxidant serum for blemish prone skin. It contains a combination of powerful ingredients to protect against environmental damage, to reduce oiliness and minimise blemishes and fine lines.
I like the lightweight, watery consistency that absorbs well into the skin without leaving sticky residue. My complexion look better, brighter after using it. It feels fresh and I have less breakouts. I recommend this serum.
