Superdiet Evening Primrose Borage 200 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on evening primrose and borage oils obtained by cold pressing.
- The evening primrose, also called "evening primrose" is a biennial plant with yellow flowers. Its fruit is a capsule containing many seeds from which the oil is extracted to help maintain normal skin.
- Borage is an annual plant with azure blue flower used for the oil extracted from its seeds.
3 to 5 capsules per day, preferably during a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving size.
