Synergia Mag Boost 60 Tablets is a food supplement that contains magnesium, taurine, zinc and vitamins B5, B6 and D3.
- Zinc, vitamins B6 and D contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
- Magnesium and vitamins B5 and B6 contribute to energy metabolism and reduce fatigue.
- Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) helps restore normal intellectual performance (resistance to stress).
- Magnesium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function.
- Respect a phase of attack which makes it possible to cover the needs in magnesium, zinc and vitamins D: Take 1 tablet, 3 times a day in the morning, the midday and the evening, during a minimum of 10 days or more according to your needs.
- Then adopt a maintenance approach: take 1 to 2 tablets every day, modulating the doses according to the situation (busy day, stress, sports activity ...).
