Pour the contents of one stick into a bowl or cup.
Add a small amount of hot water (70 to 80 °C), then whisk in a back-and-forth 'W' motion, ideally using a bamboo whisk, until a fine foam is obtained.
Then top up with 100 ml of water or plant-based drink, hot or cold, to prepare a smooth matcha or matcha latte.
