- Ginger Green Tea: Infuse 1 sachet in 20 cl of water at 75°C for 3/4 minutes.
- Chun Cha: Infuse 1 sachet in 25 cl of water at 70°C for 4 minutes.
It is recommended to consume at least 1 sachet per day.
- Hao Ling: For optimal results: Infuse 1 sachet in 40 cl of water at 95°C for 10 minutes. 1 to 4 sachets per day.
- Ginkgo White Tea: Infuse 1 sachet in 20 cl of water at 75°C for 6 minutes.
