Valdispert Fast Sleep Extra Strong 1.9 mg 40 Orodispersible Tablets is a dietary supplement containing 1.9 mg melatonin per tablet. Thanks to its orodispersible tablet form, it releases melatonin in 1 minute, promoting rapid action in the body. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The effect is obtained by taking at least 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
Non-dependent and non-addictive at recommended doses.
Melt 1 tablet under the tongue 15 minutes before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Occasional use.
Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
Avoid using this product when you need to perform activities requiring sustained alertness (driving, operating machinery, etc.).
