It contains Grape seeds and heats in the microwave.

Heat in the microwave 40 seconds at 800 watts.
Gently shake the patch and test the temperature with the tester on the box and wrist.
After placing the patch on the tester, refer to the indications depending of the temperature.
Always close your eyelids while applying the patch.
Apply to a face without makeu-up or cream.
Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
