- As an infusion: pour 1 tablespoon into simmering hot water (25 cl) and leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes, according to your taste, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. To renew 2 to 4 times a day.
- In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering.
