Vitamaze Omega 3 90 Capsules is a dietary supplement providing 1000 mg of fish oil per capsule, including 40% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 30% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. DHA helps maintain normal brain function and vision.
The fish oil comes from Peruvian anchovies and is 100% sustainably sourced, certified by the independent organization Friend of the Sea (FOS).
Take 1 capsule a day with plenty of water.
