Instructions for use:
Wear gloves. 
After a lightening service, the mixture can be applied using an applicator bottle or with a bowl and brush. 
Apply the mixture evenly from roots to ends, on washed and towel-dried hair. 
Use a comb for even distribution.
 
MIXING RATIO: 
For an express toner:
Mix 1+2 with Welloxon Perfect 1.9% developer. A fast, reliable toner and a precise result.
 
To break the base and create the toner: 
Mix 1+2 with Welloxon Perfect 4% developer. 
Ideal for lightening roots by one shade while toning lengths and ends, to blend demarcations and obtain a perfect blonde.
 
DEVELOPMENT TIME: 
Do not use heat. 
For express pastelization: monitor for 5 to 10 minutes. 
For more intense results or neutralization, leave on for a maximum of 20 minutes.
The lighter the underlying decolorization, the cooler the result will be.
