Thanks to its smoky violet undertone, Cream Toner Sienna Beige is ideal for neutralizing warm reflections or revealing a delicate pink for the lightest bleaching levels. It also provides slight neutralization of bleaching undertones, for more balanced results.

How to use:
Wear gloves.
After a lightening service, the mixture can be applied using an applicator bottle or with a bowl and brush.
Apply the mixture evenly from roots to ends, on washed and towel-dried hair.
Use a comb for even distribution.
 
MIXING RATIO:
For an express toner:
Mix 1+2 with Welloxon Perfect 1.9% developer. A fast, reliable toner and a precise result.
 
To break the base and create a toner:
Mix 1+2 with Welloxon Perfect 4% developer.
Ideal for lightening roots by one shade while toning lengths and ends, to blend demarcations and achieve the perfect blonde.
 
DEVELOPMENT TIME:
Do not use heat.
For express pastelization: monitor for 5 to 10 minutes.
For more intense results or neutralization, leave on for a maximum of 20 minutes.
The lighter the bleaching level, the cooler the result will be.
