The Welloxon Perfect 30 Vol 9% Developer from Wella has been specially designed to achieve the best color results.
Its creamy and fluid texture allows for faster and easier mixing as well as more precise application.
Welloxon Perfect 30 volume must be mixed with Koleston Perfect Me+ hair colors to achieve optimal color results.

Lightens up to 2 levels (3 levels with Koleston Special Blonde)

Combine Koleston Perfect ME+ hair color with Welloxon Perfect for pure and remarkable color.

Application method:
TONE-ON-TONE OR DARKER APPLICATION:
Dampen your hair, distribute the mixture evenly using a brush over the entire head, from roots to ends.
Development time: between 30 to 40 minutes for air drying and 15 to 25 minutes for development time with heat.

For root coloring, apply your mixture to your lengths and ends leaving 2cm of regrowth (or roots).
Let it sit for 10 minutes for air drying and 20 minutes for development time with heat.
Then apply the rest of the mixture to the roots, leaving a 10 minute development time for air drying and 20 minutes for heat drying.
Apply your mixture to your roots starting from the area where the percentage of white hair is highest.
When lightening, use your mixture where the lightening needs to be the strongest.

Once the color is applied and the development time has passed, be sure to emulsify your color with lukewarm water then rinse the hair to remove the excess color.
