In a non-metallic bowl, mix Blondor Freelights developer (B) with Blondor Freelights lightening powder (A), in a ratio of 1+1 to 1+3 (recommended ratio 1+1.5).
For optimal results, use Freelights lightening powder with Freelights developer to activate all the benefits of the ACTIFUSE technology.
The polymers bond to form an adhesive and flexible texture. The mixture stabilizes, allowing for optimal precision, easier application, and reduced swelling.
No foil is needed to isolate the balayage.
