I will not buy the new formula " Envigo" the smell is terrible and it is too heavy. I sent an email about it and was told you wouldn't be going back to the old formula and thank you for the suggestion. Well you've lost a long time high praising customer! I have told soo many friends about my favorite shampoo and they started using it . Well we're done .. you changed the formula with no warning ..why? so I guess it's on to something different I guess. I will check the website from time to time to see if you smartened up and at the very least offer the old formula as another option. Very disappointed and sad customer

I looked online and could only find invigo which looked the same. I ordered it thinking that the packaging must have changed. When I used the new formula it was a shock. It didn’t smell the same. The texture was different and I had to use twice the amount I used to before it lathered. My hair looked frizzy, got oily and lifeless just the next day. I was going to sue the seller thinking I got conned with a fake product which didn’t compare to Wella Brilliance at all. Luckily I checked this site and so relieved to see there are so many others who have the same opinion. I am so lost without the old “Brilliance”. Please Bring it back!!

I have been using this shampoo for three years, why change such an amazing product. If you want a different smell just come up with a different shampoo. Now I have no idea what shampoo to use, such a sad day.
