Remove the cap.
Insert the tip of the pump bottle into the nostril and lightly press the two side tabs.
Repeat in the other nostril.
Wait a few seconds for excess solution to drain away, then blow your nose.
We recommend 1 to 2 sprays per nostril, repeating 2-3 times a day.
Rinse dispenser tip with warm water after each use and dry thoroughly.
Close the cap carefully after use.
