Alvityl Assimyl+ Sleep 30 Tablets combines micronized melatonin, L-tryptophan, valerian and lemon balm extracts as well as vitamin D3.
Its assimyl+ dual-layer controlled-release technology is based on a chronobiological diffusion of active ingredients, with a rapid release of melatonin to help fall asleep, followed by a progressive diffusion over 8 hours.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep, while the second layer allows for a prolonged release of active ingredients during the night.
Lemon balm thus contributes to maintaining quality sleep.
This technology allows the delivery of different active ingredients at the appropriate time for optimized absorption.
