Apurna Hydratation Énergie 500 g - Taste: Orange is formulated to support athletes during exercise and meet the body's hydration needs.
Its isotonic formula combines carbohydrates, electrolytes, vitamins C, E, and B2, as well as minerals such as selenium and zinc, to promote fluid exchange and maintain optimal hydration throughout physical activity.
Thanks to its combination of carbohydrates and electrolytes, it also contributes to improving water absorption during exercise.
The vitamins and minerals present in its composition participate in the protection of cells against oxidative stress, thus helping to support athletic performance and recovery.
With its pleasant flavor, this drink is ideal for accompanying training sessions and prolonged efforts, while providing complete support for the athlete's hydration and well-being.
Compliant with the AFNOR 17444 anti-doping standard.
Recommended dosage:
- 2 x 20 g for 500 ml of water.
- 3 x 20 g for 750 ml of water.
- 4 x 20 g for 1 litre of water.
Drink regularly before, during, and after exercise in small sips, ideally every 15 to 20 minutes, without waiting until you are thirsty.
Consume 0,5 to 1 litre / hour.
After dilution, consume within the day.
