Take one ampoule in the morning, preferably at breakfast, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml).

In order to avoid the possible fall of debris into the liquid, do not break the ampoule over the glass.
It is possible to repeat the use several times during the year, especially during seasonal changes.
