Arkopharma Arkocaps Vegetable Melatonin 1,9mg 30 Capsules is a food complement containing vegetable melatonin, resulting from extracts of plants (alfalfa, chlorella, rice), which contributes to reduce the time of drowsiness at the beginning of night or at the time of night alarm clocks. It also helps to attenuate the effects of jet lag.
