Arkopharma Occasional Constipation 10 Sachets is a dietary supplement to combat occasional constipation.
Aloe vera promotes healthy bowel function by supporting intestinal movement and maintaining regular bowel movements.
Secondly, magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, helping to soften and liquefy stools by creating a call for water.
In addition, Chicory inulin, as a prebiotic, promotes the growth of intestinal flora, particularly bifidobacteria in the colon.
Finally, Aloe vera supports intestinal health by contributing to physical well-being, notably by soothing, strengthening and protecting the intestinal mucosa.
No sugar, coloring or chemical additives.

From age 12.
12 to 17 years: 1 sachet per day.
Adults: 1 to 2 sachets per day.
Before breakfast, pour the contents of one or two sachets (depending on your level of discomfort) into a tall glass and add about 200 ml of water.
Shake until a homogeneous suspension is obtained.
After improvement, you can take one sachet every 2 days.
If occasional constipation persists beyond 5 days, consult your doctor.
Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
Prolonged use is not recommended.
