Arnican Massage Oil 150ml is a skin preparation and repair oil that combines the properties of arnica, harpagophytum and wintergreen. Used in massage, this oil of natural origin allows optimal preparation and sports recovery:
- before the effort, a light massage or a friction allows to heat the muscles and to prepare them for the physical effort;
- after exercise, a full and deep massage relieves muscle tension and limits the appearance of muscle stiffness.
Tested under dermatological control.
Spread the oil in massage on the concerned areas (arms, legs, back, shoulders).
It is recommended to massage in direction of the heart to enhance the venous circulation.
- 1 to 2 applications per day for adults and children over 12 years old.
- 1 application per day for those between 6-12 years.

Do not use in children under 6 years old, in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Do not use in case of allergy to any of the components.
Do not use on damaged or irritated skin.
