Description

Avène Hyaluron Activ Procedure Hexapeptide Tensor Serum Solution 20 ml corrects wrinkles, loss of volume, lack of firmness, dullness and unevenness of complexion.

Its formula combines three active ingredients recognized in aesthetic dermatology:

  • Hexapeptide 10%: inspired by the mechanism of botulinum injections, it reduces the appearance of wrinkles.
  • Niacinamide 6%: stimulates cells and prolongs their vitality.
  • Hyaluronic acid 1%: moisturizes, smoothes and plumps skin.

Its lightly gelled, non-sticky texture is rapidly absorbed.
This reconstitutable serum releases the active ingredient at the last moment for optimum efficacy, while providing complete anti-aging care for everyday use.

Made in France.

Directions for use

- Break open the 2 ml ampoule containing the hexapeptide solution.
- Pour the active ingredient into the glass vial.
- Shake the bottle until homogeneous.
- Replace cap with tip supplied.

Apply 2 or 3 drops to the entire face, morning and evening, alone or in addition to your usual routine.
Do not use the 2 solutions separately; the mixture must be reconstituted.

This product can be used on its own or in conjunction with a cosmetic procedure after re-epidermalization.

Do not swallow.
Discard bottle 30 days after opening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have given this product a fair go, but in all honesty I can't say as I noticed any changes to my skin whilst using it. Getting it out of the pipette top was sometimes tricky as it's a glass bottle. Once applied it had no obvious scent and absorbed quickly.

Unfortunately I can’t say I’ve seen any noticeable improvement with my skin. I can’t say I was hoping for a miracle but my skin doesn’t look or feel any different. I’m not terribly keen on the applicator. It’s a little difficult to dispense and I struggled sometimes with using too much or too little. Too much and it can take a while to rub in and not enough it absorbs quickly. That said it feels nice on the skin, when you get the correct amount it does absorb well. Unfortunately though it’s not something I would use again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great product that leaves your skin feeling so s [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only a couple of drops was needed to cover my entire face, it left my skin feeling so soft and hydrated, I liked that it was not scented , it caused no irritation to my skin at all which some products I've tried have made me itch, I wouldn't normally spent that much on a product but feel Avène is actually value for money, especially if used consistently.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to apply [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comes with a small bottle and a vial you have to mix the vial in the bottle replace with another lid that is supposed to dispense the serum but it doesn't come out it's useless been having to remove it and pouring it out straight from the bottle. The serum feels like jelly when you first dab it on then feels watery as you apply it. Skin feels smooth and slightly hydrated. It does feel like your skin is tightening but it's like when a face mask is drying up but it soon fades haven't really noticed any difference in my wrinkles being reduced. States on packaging that it has to be thrown away after 30 days of opening.I don't think I would use again would rather try something that's more permanent.

It was like a magic! Next I liked the effect of this serum - in 14 days the skin became more elastic and radiant. The only minus - the rashes increased. But I often have such a reaction to other serum, so I’m taking a break for a while. If you don’t have sensitive skin, I recommend trying it.

The serum has no smell. The bottle releases the drops easily. It feels nice on the skin. Soaks in quickly and no irritation afterwards. Used it morning and evening. Did reduce my wrinkles slightly and look less deep. Will keep using as my skin feels better after use.

Its a lovely thin texture that comes out easy and easy to spread on your face. Its not caused any irritation to my face. This is definitely apart off my night time routine now.
