Description

Avène XeraCalm AD Soothing Concentrate 40 ml is a skin care product designed for very dry skin prone to atopic eczema and intense itching.

It is suitable for everyone, from newborns to adults, and can be used on the face, body, eyelids and all areas irritated by dryness.

This concentrate combats localized irritation and stimulates the skin's natural defenses.
As well as calming itching and irritation, the product deeply nourishes the skin, reducing peaks of severe dryness and restoring skin comfort.

Fragrance-free. Preservative-free.

Made in France.

Directions for use

Apply to intense localized itching (4 times a day).

For external use only due to skin dryness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An excellent soothing concentrate that genuinely impressed me with how quickly it worked. After just one application, the flaky eczema on my finger and the very dry skin between my fingers and across the top of my hand improved dramatically, the difference by the next day was honestly amazing. What makes this even more impressive is that the results lasted for almost a week. I did reapply just to maintain it, but I didn’t actually need to. During that time, I was also camping and had to hand wash dishes and laundry all week, which normally leaves my hands extremely dry and irritated. Despite all of that, this product kept my skin calm, hydrated, and comfortable without causing any further irritation. It’s rare to find something that works this effectively on sensitive, eczema-prone skin, so I’m genuinely very impressed and would absolutely recommend it.

It absorbs nice into the skin and helps reduce that thigh, uncomfortable feeling pretty quickly. I also like that it’s suitable for sensitive skin and doesn’t contain unnecessary fragrance, which makes it feel very skin friendly. A little goes long way,so the tube should last a decent amount of time. Overall, it’s been a nice addition to my skincare routine for extra hydration and comfort.

It spreads well and feels nice on my skin. It is well packaged and easy yo keep in your bag. Box has clear instructions for use.

I had a dry patch under my eye which had chapped and was really sore. I used the cream and the next day it was looking much better and was no longer irritating. The cream is quite lightweight but very soothing. I love the pump applicator, no mess and easy to apply.

It is super hydrating and soothing! I don't have any areas that require soothing for itching so I've chosen to test this on cracked heels... I mean it's summer season and flip flops mean dry heels!! The cream is super absorbing into dry skin and leaves and nice consistent smooth skin. The cream is scent free, so can be used wherever i.e. dry elbows or hands... My hands have loved the extra moisture whilst using this product!

No sticky residue left behind like most creams. No irritation and I have the most sensitive skin. Great value for money in my opinion . Fabulous product .
