Fill the bottle with hot tap water up to the mark, then add the 3 tablets.
Leave to react for 12 hours, cap open.
Once the tablets have dissolved, close the bottle and shake.
Your gel is ready to use.
Use within 3 months of dilution.
When finished, rinse the bottle with clean water and allow to dry, upside down, before repeating the operation.
Replace if worn.
