Bausch + Lomb ThermCool & Hot Multi-Zones 1 Bead Pack is a reusable thermal pack, hot or cold, ideal for relieving muscle pain, joint pain, contractures, or tears.
This flexible and ergonomic microbead pack fits perfectly to the body area for better heat/cold transmission and optimal comfort.
It offers fast and targeted relief, thanks to a natural method, without medicinal active ingredients.
Can be stored in the freezer to meet emergencies if needed.
Contains one thermal pack (11.5 x 7.5 cm).

- Microwave (1200W)
1. Ensure the pack is at room temperature before heating.
2. Place the pack flat in the microwave. Based on a 1200W microwave, heat at full power for 35 seconds.
3. Carefully remove the pack from the microwave and check that the desired temperature matches your comfort level. The temperature will continue to rise slightly. If more heat is desired, return the pack to the microwave and heat for an additional 5 seconds, not exceeding 45 seconds in total. Monitor the pack while it heats, as excessive heat can cause rupture, leakage, or burn the pack.
4. Knead the pack well to distribute the heat evenly.
5. If the temperature is acceptable, apply the pack to the affected area. If the pack is too hot, remove it and reapply it when the temperature is acceptable. 6. If you need to heat it further, follow steps 1 to 5 again. Keep at room temperature for later hot use.
- Water Bath:
1. Immerse the pack in boiling water for 3 min (if the pack was at room temperature) to 5 min (if the pack was in the freezer).
2. Remove it from the water and dry it.
3. Test the temperature of the pack before applying it to your skin. You can apply it to a cloth first as a precaution. If the temperature is comfortable for you, you can apply the pack directly to the painful area.
- Freezer:
1. Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Remove the pack from the freezer. Test the temperature to determine your personal comfort level. If it is acceptable, apply the pack to the affected area.
Note: Since freezer temperatures vary, monitor your skin regularly during application to avoid frostbite. Cold does not affect everyone the same way; always let comfort guide you. Storage can be done in the freezer for later cold use.
WARNING: Use this product only according to the instructions. Monitor the gel pack while heating. If it starts to swell, turn off the microwave.
