Phytosun Arôms Joint & Muscles Heating Patch is a patch that relieves pain due to joint and muscle tension associated with aches, cramps, torticollis, back pain, etc. and effectively relaxes the areas concerned.
Its formula, based on natural thermoactive ingredients such as coal, iron powder and salt, releases heat on contact with the air and provides a pleasantly warm sensation for up to 8 hours. Made from a flexible material that is soft to the touch, this patch is comfortable to wear, fits perfectly to the different areas of the body and follows movements in all circumstances.
Thanks to this patch, the warmth provides its benefits:
- Soothes pain: heat soothes tension, relieves pain, relaxes and improves mobility.
- Promotes better cell recovery and regeneration: heat promotes better blood circulation, leading to an increase in the supply of oxygen and essential nutrients to the muscle tissue, which also promotes the elimination of organic waste and toxins.

- Before applying the patch, thoroughly clean and dry the affected area.
- Open the individual pouch and remove the protective film from the patch.
- Apply the adhesive side directly to the painful area. Check that the patch adheres well. The heat will gradually increase in the 30 minutes following application to reach an optimal temperature.
- Wear the patch for 8 hours. The feeling of warmth or the adhesion time of the patch may vary in intensity and duration depending on the person and/or the area of application.
External use. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Keep out of sight and reach of children and pets.
In case of circulation problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes or pregnancy: consult a health care practitioner before use. Do not use if you have a 1-component allergy, bruising or swelling that is less than 48 hours old, exposure to MRI tests, or if you are taking topical cortisone products or other topical medications at the same time.
To avoid any risk of burns or irritation: wait 24 hours before applying a new patch on the same area. Check the area regularly. Remove the patch immediately in the event of a sensation of excessive heat, skin reactions or irritations. During the night, use the patch only on clothing. Do not apply several patches on top of each other. In patients over 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases, so it is recommended that the patch be placed on clothing and not used while sleeping.
Do not use on heat-insensitive parts of the body, on mucous membranes, on damaged or particularly sensitive skin, or together with other heating products such as creams or ointments, or under tight clothing, belts or bandages, or in persons who cannot remove the patch themselves, or during sports activities.
Discontinue use of this product if there is any discomfort, irritation, excessive heat, burning, swelling, local redness or other persistent changes in the skin to which the product has been applied; if there is no improvement in the problem after 3 days.
Do not bend or cut. Do not heat the patch in any way. Do not use if the patch is damaged, torn, opened, or if its contents spill out. In case of direct contact (skin and eyes) with the substance contained in the patch, rinse with plenty of water and consult a health care professional immediately. In case of accidental ingestion, consult a health care professional immediately.
Store away from light and in a cool, dry place.
