Use like a liquid soap, once or twice a day.
Rinse thoroughly.
Unscrew the pump or cap from your cleansing gel bottle.
Open the refill and pour until your bottle is full.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 as necessary until the refill is empty.
Put the refill in the recycling bin.
