Epycure Essentiel 60 Eco-Recharge Capsules is a dietary supplement based on omega 3, vitamins B and C, iron, iodine and selenium, to optimally complement a vegan diet or a diet low in animal products. It helps to :
- limit deficiencies by providing the recommended quantity of essential nutrients (omega-3, vitamins B12, B9, B6, B2, D3, C, selenium, iron, iodine and zinc), while avoiding the risk of overdosing,
- optimize body function,
- adapt to the nutritional needs of each individual thanks to a modular dosage.
Made with ingredients of natural origin, the capsules contain :
- an omega-3-rich vegetable oil. This oil, derived from the algae Schizochytrium sp, contains DHA and EPA, which contribute respectively to the functioning of the brain, vision and cardiac system;
- all the vitamins and minerals needed to satisfy a vegan diet: vitamin B12, plant-derived vitamin D3, vitamin B2, iron, zinc, iodine and selenium;
- vitamin C, which helps reduce fatigue.

- Vegan diet: Take 1 capsule with each meal (morning, noon and evening).
- Vegetarian/flexitarian diet: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule at lunchtime.
- Adolescents over 12: Take 1 capsule a day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended for children under 12.
