Superdiet Multivitamins Minerals 150 Capsules is a food supplement in form of capsule based on 11 vitamins and minerals.
- Vitamins:
- Beta-carotene of natural origin, precursor of Vitamin A, contributes to normal functioning of immune system.
- Vitamin E of natural origin contributes to protect the cells against oxidative stress.
- The formula also contains 6 vitamins of B group, of which vitamins B2 and B6 which contribute to the normal functioning of nervous system.
- Minerals:
- Calcium, derived from a small red algae, lithothamne, is necessary to maintain normal bones.
- Magnesium of marine origin contributes to reduce fatigue.
- Selenium, from yeast, contributes to protect the cells against oxidative stress.
For adult men and women, and teenagers over 12 years old.
Take 3 capsules per day, preferably in the morning, during the meal.
Respect the recommended doses.
Not recommended for children under 12, smokers, and people with thyroid disorders.
