Rated 4 out of 5 by from evens out skin and face the world The Erborian CC Crème claims to be a color correcting cream that includes skincare benefits, to even out skintone with a lightweight finish and reduce as well as calm redness. Ingredients: Hyaluronic acid, and 2% centella asiatica, and now has spf 30! Look and feel: is off white in colour and is of a soft medium consistency and not thick or solid. The cream is fragrance free and when rubbed the tiny colour capsules within, begin to release the pigment and the cream colour changes to a skintone shade. The shade Dore is a medium shade and has been the middle shade of 3 main shades available in the CC cream range. There are now new additional shades available for deep and rich skintones. Results: I am a medium skintone and thought the next shade caramel would be too dark for me. I found Dore is a light medium shade and has been a good match after it settles and oxides a little after applying. The cream blends to a matt finish, leaving a uniform tint to the skin. As I have hyperpigmentation marks, they do show through the tint, but the CC cream does help to reduce the impact of the pigmentation. The cream is lightweight and the even tint on the skin does not transfer or wipe away even if you happen to touch your face. This is a nice alternative to foundation for those no makeup days but gives you just enough tint/coverage to feel confident to face the public. Note the price is on the dearer side but does work well.

I’m not impressed with the new formula, it’s too thick, difficult to spread evenly on the face, I now find the colour oxidise and is darker because of the thickness. Such a shame, why spoil what was a fantastic product
