Exopharm Organic Psyllium 250g are teguments of organic blond Psyllium seeds, naturally rich in fibers.
Psyllium is cultivated principally in the north-west of India where it is traditionally used for its functional properties. Tegument that envelops the seeds is composed of mucilages that inflate at the contact of water and behave in the intestine as a gel enhancing the food bolus.
It will thus facilitate the intestinal transit and increase the sensation of satiety.
Gluten free, lactose free. 100% Vegetable.

Directions for use
Mix well 1 tablespoon with a large glass of water (100ml) then drink immediately. It is important to drink a lot of water after to accompany and ensure a good hydration (300ml). To take 3 times a day, 30 minutes before the meal. An excessive intake may result by laxative effects.
Indication: Regulate the intestinal function and the sensation of satiety.
