it is composed of:
- Zinc and biotin which contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and normal hair. Zinc helps maintain normal nails and contributes to normal protein synthesis. .
- Vitamins C and E protect cells against oxidative stress.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine to ensure good hair nutrition.
This complex is supplemented by vitamins B2, B5, B9 and B12 and minerals such as iron.
