Forté Pharma Forté Nuit Melatonin 1900 30 Gummies is a melatonin-based food supplement that :
- helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep when 1 mg of melatonin is taken before bedtime,
- helps reduce the effects of jet lag with a minimum dose of 0.5 mg before bedtime.
Raspberry flavour.
Non-addictive.
Take a maximum of one chewing gum a day, in the evening, ½ hour before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Prolonged use is not recommended.
Do not drive or operate machinery for 4-5 hours after taking melatonin.
Not recommended for pregnant and breast-feeding women or children under 12 without medical advice.
If taking medication (antidepressants, anti-epileptics, sleeping pills and other sedatives, etc.), do not consume without medical advice.
