Valdispert Sommeil Intégral Pack of 2 x 30 Bilayer Tablets Special Offer is a food supplement in the form of a capsule based on Melatonin and plants.
This supplement contains:
- Melatonin 1.9 mg to help reduce the time to fall asleep. The effect is obtained by taking at least 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
- Lemon Balm Extract which provides optimal nocturnal relaxation and contributes to sleep quality.
- Valerian to maintain natural sleep.
- Hawthorn which helps reduce restlessness and allows for better sleep.
- California Poppy which promotes quality sleep.
- Passionflower provides good sleep.
The first layer of these tablets releases 1.9 mg of Melatonin in 15 minutes to help reduce the time to fall asleep.
The second layer releases a blend of plants for 8h to help you avoid waking up in the middle of the night.
No known dependence or addiction at the recommended doses.
Lactose-free, gluten-free.
Vegan.
1 tablet to be taken with a glass of water, 30 minutes before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
